Refund policy

At Rooster Perfumes Inc., we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product. Refunds or returns are accepted only if the perfume bottle, cap, or atomizer is found damaged upon delivery, and the perfume remains  unused.
Please report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos for verification.
